Tripp Greene
Founder & Principal
Tripp brings over a decade of experience in real estate acquisitions, capital markets, and private lending. He has underwritten over $2 billion in commercial real estate and raised more than $750 million in debt and equity across institutional and private investment firms.
He holds a Master's in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's in Economics from the College of William & Mary.
Shafi Malek
Partner & Operations
Shafi specializes in operational excellence and client relations, ensuring every loan is structured efficiently and executed seamlessly. His background in financial operations and deal structuring brings precision to complex lending scenarios.
